Why am I not charged GST?
The Canada Revenue Agency legally requires small businesses to charge GST when sales exceed $30,000 annually. As a start-up, it is highly unlikely that our sales will reach this point in the very near future. While there are perks and write-offs for charging GST, we felt it was most important to keep our prices as low as possible - to pass the savings on to you. While we may charge GST in the future, it is not curently in the plans.
Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?
Genaerally speaking, all sales are final.
There are specific exceptions to this rule (defective products, etc.) that will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
In regard to our wax products, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with soy wax and its post burn/melt properties. More information on this can be found throughout our website or on our Facebook page.

Shipping Rates for wax and home products are as follows:
Local Whitecourt, AB pick-up (designated days): FREE
Delivery within 4km range of Whitecourt, AB (designated days): $5 (*CURRENT PROMOTION - FREE LOCAL DELIVERY - AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED AT CHECK OUT)
Shipping to B.C., AB, SK & MB: $20 flat rate
Shipping to the rest of Canada: $25 flat rate
Orders over $100: FREE
